COST

• We understand that it’s often easier to have a small monthly outlay for a quilt project rather than to buy a kit upfront.  Our Block of the Month program offers you that opportunity.

CONVENIENCE

• It also offers the convenience of having the fabric chosen and provided for you, with no need to purchase more fabric than is needed for the project.

SUCCESS

• We use only our own patterns, which we know inside out!

• With the feedback we get about our patterns being some of the best and easiest to follow in the industry, we are confident you will have success with each project.

How it Works:

SUBSCRIPTION

• When you subscribe, your first payment enrolls you for the complete program and pays for your first month’s offering.

• The payment is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

• When you join the program, it is understood that you will be participating for the entire project.

• Because we plan and prepare kits based on the original number of subscribers, cancellations are not permitted.

• If something dire happens that would prevent you from continuing, please let us know and we will work with you to the best of our ability. Please understand that there are no refunds after you subscribe.

PROGRAM QUOTA

• If there are not enough participants for us to run the program, we will cancel it, notify you, and refund your initial payment.

MONTHLY OFFERINGS

• Your offerings will be sent monthly on or about the 3rd of the month.

• Each shipment will contain the fabric for that month’s block(s) or border.

• At the same time your monthly offerings are sent, patterns will be sent via email in PDF format to the email address you used to subscribe.

Cost and Payment Details

KIT COST

• We spread out the cost of the quilt over the duration of the program.

• The amount you pay is the same each month - $24.99 - plus shipping (and sales tax, if applicable).

SHIPPING

• Shipping is $5.99 for Domestic (USA) orders, $8.99 for Canadian orders, and $11.99 for International orders. (PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs may be adjusted if rate increases are levied.)

• Domestic (USA) orders ship on or about the 3rd of the month.

• For Canadian and International participants, we use a “hold to fill” method and send one shipment every 3 months in order to reduce your shipping costs. You will be billed monthly for each offering, plus shipping, and then your offerings will be sent on or about the 3rd of July 2024, October 2024, January 2025, April 2025, and July 2025.

• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Though international shipping is not currently suspended to most countries from the US, we have no way of knowing if there will be suspensions again during the course of the program. In the past, we have not found reasonable shipping alternatives during US Postal Service suspensions. In the event another one occurs affecting your country, your shipments will have to be held here until the suspension is lifted. If you live internationally, please bear this in mind before subscribing.

MONTHLY BILLING

• The card you use to subscribe to the program will be billed on the 1st of each month.

• If your card is ever declined for any reason, we will contact you by email and ask you to update your card information in your account on our website.
