We have some Fun Notion-y Stuff that has just come in.....

Bobbin Buddies - $.32 each
Bobbin Buddies
This is a brilliant idea and I LOVE these!
You ought to see my thread drawer now!

These little gadgets connect your thread spool
and bobbin to keep your colors matched!

No mess, no fuss.  Easy to connect and disconnect.

Heat Resistant Mylar - $7.18
Heat Resistant Mylar
Applique was a scary thing for me.  I went to pieces every time I tried needle-turn.
I even took a class to try to get over my issues!  In the process, I discovered "Perfect Circles" which changed my applique life!  Then a friend made leaves out of Mylar, which changed my life again.  I started doing the same, and have made lots of shapes that have worked beautifully on the same principle as the Perfect Circles and Ovals.
This is what I use.  It's awesome.

It says that it can be ironed without melting or buckling, but I have found I need to be careful to not overheat them.  Use a medium iron, not hot, and keep an eye on things as you work.
5 - 8 1/2" x 11" sheets

John James Easy Threading Needles - $2.15
John James Easy Threading Needles
When I discovered these, I did a little dance! Seriously!
You know when you're burying threads after quilting, and your eyes are about to cross from all the threading?  These little gems allow you to snap the thread into an open-topped eye in just a second, and then continue with the burying!

Another benefit is when you end up with a short thread at the end of a line of stitching and it's hard to make that last stitch?  Using this needle makes it possible to just snap that short thread end into the needle and finish up.  Awesome!!
English Needles
6 count. Assorted sizes 4/8

Spool Wrap - $5.00
Spool WrapSpool Wrap 2
These little clear vinyl clings work wonders on keeping the thread corralled on your spools.
They are an inch wide and 6" long and easily wrap around any spool you have.
They stick to themselves by static and stay put.
The wraps come on a cardboard backing. Just peel and use!
5 per package

Martelli 45 mm Blades - 5/$17.50 or 10/$30
Martelli 45 mm Rotary Blades
Replacement blades fit Martelli Rotary Cutters ONLY.
If you haven't seen the Martelli Cutter, they're awesome.
You can find them here.
